“So fun it’s addicting!” Our amazing Gracie Jiu Jitsu Master Cycle program is offering classes here in Burwood! Burn fat & build lean muscle, fast. Plus it’s so much fun!
Once you have your Combatives belt and a firm handle on the Combatives curriculum you are ready to join Master Cycle where we focus on Jiu Jitsu on Jiu Jitsu violence and techniques that are less likely to be needed in a street fight but fun to learn all the same!
The Master Cycle’s unique structure simplifies the journey to black belt by organizing all of BJJ into into seven positional chapters (Mount, Side Mount, Guard, Half Guard, Back Mount, Leg Locks, Standing), each of which is studied for several months before moving on to the next chapter.
At the end of class, you will have a chance to test your skills against a variety of training partners in a variety of controlled training exercises, such as: Rapid Mastery Drills, Focus Sparring Exercises, and Fight Simulation Drills.
Sparring is 100% voluntary for Master Cycle students but is a fun and challenging way to test yourself.
Once you have sat your Combatives test and recieved your belt you are invited to come join Master Cycle!
If you have trained at another Brazilian Jiu Jitsu school we recognise your hard work and would love to have you in our advanced classes. Please call or email us so we can organise you trying out our Master Cycle program.
