Once you complete each of the 23 Gracie Combatives lessons twice, you will qualify to participate in the Reflex Development classes where you will learn how to execute the 36 Gracie Combatives techniques in the combinations that are most likely to occur in a real fight.

Reflex Development classes are a great way to build your reflexes and confidence in the Gracie Combatives techniques. It is the perfect way to prepare for the Combatives test or brush up on Combatives techniques once in Master Cycle.

Once you have completed each Gracie Combatives class twice you are eligible to come along to Reflex Development classes.
So check your card or ask one of our instructors if you are unsure.
The only extra things you need to bring to Reflex Development that isn’t needed in Combatives are a mouth guard and a pair of gloves.
If you don’t have a mouth guard already you can pick one up from your local pharmacy.
